I have a question for ANYONE who is on Art Spots webpage: [link]

Can anyone join? After reading their guidelines, it looks like you have to submit three entries to join. Is this a juried website? I have heard of them, but are not familiar with them. They seem like a really great place to show my regular art, but I can't seem to get them to answer my emails.

Does anyone have any information on them?
